NFT Project Sunset Message
Bitmart Yield Token (YBM) Rewards Program – Sunset Notice (21 Feb 2026)
This is an official notice that we are sunsetting the Bitmart Yield Token (YBM) loyalty/rewards program, effective today (21 Feb 2026).
Why we’re closing it
- The project’s economics are no longer viable (costs now exceed income), driven by multi-year downtrends and reduced yields.
- Updated regulatory expectations would require licensing/authorisation that makes continuing this legacy rewards product commercially impractical.
What changes immediately (effective today)

No new rewards funding periods will be created. The contract’s rewards mechanism relies on “funding snapshots” (
processFunds()), and we will no longer run operational funding cycles going forward. - No new YBM mints / sales by the project. Minting and sale transfers are admin-controlled functions and are being retired operationally.
- Your NFTs remain yours. YBM NFTs remain in holders’ wallets and can still be transferred/traded peer-to-peer as normal on marketplaces (this notice does not “take back” NFTs).
If you believe you have unclaimed rewards

Rewards withdrawals (where available) are executed on-chain via
withdraw(tokenId)by the NFT owner. -
Note: withdrawals require that the NFT owner wallet also holds the project’s Access Token (the contract checks
AccessToken.balanceOf(owner) > 0).
Important reality check
- The contract currently holds a minimal POL balance (about 9.49 POL at time of writing), so there may be little or nothing left to claim depending on past withdrawals and funding.
